NOTICE
With reference to the
DH&TE notice no. HTE-13012/1/2021-HTE-BR-THE, dated 31st July,
2026, this is to inform all bonafide students of 1st/3rd/5th
semesters of B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. that NSP portal will be live from 06th
August 2026 to apply for Post Matric Scholarship for ST students
under Umbrella Scheme and Arunachal Pradesh State Stipend Scheme. Eligible
students may apply through the portal.
Additionally, FRESH
APPLICANTS are directed to submit a hard copy of their NSP online
application form along with one self-attested xerox copy of each required document
to the Stipend Branch starting from 17th August, 2026. The documents should be enclosed and arranged as per the sequence
indicated.
Documents Required for Fresh Applicants
1.
Application form.
2.
Photocopy of class 10 marksheet.
3.
Photocopy of Income Certificate.
4.
Photocopy of Bonafide Certificate issued by the college.
5.
Admission Fee Receipt.
6.
Photocopy of mark sheet of last exam passed.
7.
Photocopy of Arunachal Pradesh ST Certificate.
8.
Document from institution for certifying Hostel students (if
applicable).
9.
Photocopy of Gap year certificate (if applicable).
